Friday, August 26 - The Mormann family recently lost their home and most of their belongings in a house fire. We would like to help this family out and have some fun with a “Hat Day” Friday, August 26th. Your child can pay $1 and wear his or her favorite hat!!!
SOFTBALL SCHEDULE CHANGE
August 30 - The Lady Eagles will take on Calvary Lutheran at 4:30, instead of 5:00. Bus leaves at 3:00.
ATHLETIC BOOSTER DRIVE THRU BBQ
September 9, serving from 4-7pm in the high school parking lot. Pork steak dinners are $10, and 1/2 pork steak or hot dog dinners are $5. Tickets are available from any athlete, so pick up your tickets before Wednesday, September 7. The Booster Club has been instrumental in the success of our junior high and high school athletic programs, so please support this delicious event!

2016 EAGLE CLASSIC GOLF TOURNAMENT
September 24. Sponsored by the parents of the Class of 2017 and 2018, this four-man scramble tournament benefits Project Prom, which allows students to enjoy an evening of fun, games & great prizes in a drug and alcohol free environment.

The 2016-2017 Elementary Student Handbook is now available for download, or a copy will be provided to each student during the Open House. All students must turn in the acknowledgement form with parent/guardian signature when classes resume this fall. You may bring the acknowledgement to the Open House, or on the first day of class.

JH/HS PTO MEETING
September 14 at 6:30pm in the upper level of the HS Cafeteria.
FINANCIAL AID NIGHT
October 4 at 5:30pm in the Performing Arts Center. The Associate Director of Financial Aid from Westminster College will talk with students and parents about how to apply for student aid. This is for any student considering to attend college after high school.
JUNIOR HIGH BASKETBALL
The junior high basketball game at Fatima has been moved to October 7 at Eugene. The schedules have been updated on the junior high basketball webpage.
October 21 from 7-10pm in the HS Cafeteria. This fun costume dance will be held in the high school cafeteria, and open to area students. Hosted by the JH/HS PTO.
NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY INDUCTION
November 3 at 6:00pm in the Performing Arts Center, with practice earlier in the afternoon from 2:00-3:00pm. You can become a member through a local selection process that concludes with induction into the school's National Honor Society chapter. More information will be given to eligible students later in the semester.
