Excavation and Site Preparation for Parking and Soccer Field Construction

The Cole R-5 School District is accepting sealed proposals for Excavation and Site Preparation Services related to parking area development and soccer field construction.

Qualified contractors are invited to submit proposals in accordance with Missouri public bidding statutes and prevailing wage requirements.

Proposal Deadline: May 6, 2026 at 11:59pm.
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible following award
Project Completion: On or before June 30, 2026

Full Request for Proposals (RFP)

Proposals must be submitted in sealed form to the Cole R-5 Central Office and clearly marked “Excavation Services Proposal.”

The Cole R-5 School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities in the bidding process in accordance with Missouri law.

Greenhouse Removal

Cole R-V School District is accepting sealed bids for the removal of the school greenhouse.

Bid Details:

• Sealed bids must be submitted to the Central Office no later than 12:00 PM on May 6, 2026.
• The successful bidder will receive ownership of the greenhouse panels, vents, and structural components only.

Important Conditions:

• Bidders must use the attached form.
• This bid does NOT include any HVAC systems, plumbing, or electrical components.
• The greenhouse must be fully removed by June 1, 2026.
