To our Eagle Families and Guests:

We are looking forward to the upcoming Eugene Tournament, December 1–6. This is always an exciting time for our school and community, and we appreciate your support as our students take part in this special event.

As we prepare for a busy week, we kindly ask for your help in ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all:

• Students in 5th grade and younger should not attend the games without a parent or guardian present.
• During games, students must remain seated in the gym or be supervised by a parent or guardian. They are not to run through the halls or play in the building.
• A designated standing student section has been created for students who prefer to stand and cheer. If a student chooses to sit in another area, we ask that they remain seated at appropriate times so other fans can clearly see the game.
• We remind our Cole County R-V families and guests not to walk on the gym floor before or after games, as we work to protect the district’s investment in our facility.
• Families waiting for players after games may do so in the stands or in the high school cafeteria.
