Welcome to Cole County R-V School District, Home of the Eagles!
If your child has not attended our school in the past, please complete the New Student Registration form for each child you wish to enroll, and our Registrar will contact you to verify enrollment.
Before students attend classes in our district, we must receive:
- Proof of residency (DESE - Determining Residency)
- Copy of birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Educational Records (transfer students only)
If you are enrolling your child in Eagles' Nest Preschool, there are no residency requirements.
Cole County R-V School District uses Campus Parent to update and verify information on students returning to our schools each year.
The 2025-2026 school year enrollment is now open. Please log in to Campus Parent to:
- Verify important information such as emergency contacts, health updates, contact information, etc.
- Review and acknowledge the 2025-2026 Student Handbook.
- Review your child’s academic schedule.
Verification for each child must be completed before August 15, 2025.
If you have any questions or need assistance with verification or your child’s academic schedule, we invite you to Registration Week on August 5-6 (or by appointment) in your choice of high school or elementary offices.
- August 5 from 8:00 am-3:00 pm, closed from noon-12:30 pm for lunch.
- August 6 from 1:00-7:00 pm
If you need to make a schedule change, please set an appointment with Ms. Little (Grades 6-8) or Mrs. Adrian (Grades 9-12). Schedule changes are not available for PreK-Grade 5. Please note: changes to your child’s schedule will be made for academic purposes only.
If you completed the 2025-2026 enrollment verification, completed the Handbook acknowledgement, and have no schedule changes, you do not need to attend Registration Week.
MISUSE OF ELECTRONIC PERSONAL COMMUNICATION DEVICES: CELL PHONES, SMART WATCHES, WIRELESS EARBUDS OR SIMILAR DEVICES.
Per Senate Bill 68, signed by Governor Kehoe in 2025, the use of cell phones, smartwatches, wireless earbuds or similar communication devices is strictly prohibited during regular school hours. This policy prohibits using or displaying such devices from the beginning to the end of the school day, including but not limited to during instructional time, meal times, breaks, times between classes, study halls, and any school-related trip during the regular school day. If a student violates this policy, the device will be confiscated and taken to the office. A parent or guardian must pick up the device, and additional disciplinary action may be taken.
Disciplinary action for violations are listed under 4A. Misuse of Electronic Personal Communication Devices: Cell Phones, Smartwatches, Wireless Earbuds or Similar Devices in the 2025-2026 Prek-12 Student Handbook. Exceptions to this policy will only be made for emergency situations or for documented educational or health needs included in an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or Section 504 Plan, as required by federal law.
