To our Eagle Families:
We are grateful to our Eagle families for a great start to the 2023-24 school year. As the school year progresses, our district continually identifies and modifies processes for consistency, to keep buildings secure, and our students and staff as safe as possible.
On Monday, September 11, all offices will operate using the same check-out procedures for students.
- Parents, guardians, or other authorized pickups are required to show a photo ID when signing out a child. This will ensure if a substitute staff member is present, your child will be released safely to the appropriate person.
- You may be asked to wait outside before entering the building if hallways are full of students. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
- If you plan to pick up your child early, they will be called out of class once you arrive to sign them out.
- If a parent/guardian calls to give permission for a student driver to leave early, we may ask for additional verification before the student is released.
